Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aquagile.com. Please note that items must be returned to the following address: Neries Krantinė 5A, LT-48344, Kaunas, Lithuania.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you notice that the package is damaged or the item itself is defective upon delivery, you must inform the delivery courier and note this in the delivery documents. Additionally, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


14-Day Return Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification (applicable only if the item was not custom-made based on the client’s order). As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
