Delivery Policy
AQUAGILE offers various delivery options at checkout. Delivery times for each option may vary depending on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. If a product is marked with express delivery, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise informed to the customer.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping service provider. If there are any delays, please contact us through the contact page, and we will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping when specified.
Pre-orders
Delivery times for pre-orders are approximate and depend on supplier deliveries. In rare cases, suppliers may experience delays, which could result in later dispatch times. If this occurs, please contact us.
International and European Orders
International shipping may take up to 7-12 days from dispatch. Orders are delivered without additional duties or taxes – the final price is shown at checkout. If any charges do apply, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an unused product due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
