• What are the benefits of cold water therapy?
  In recent years, cold water therapy has been shown to have many health benefits, including: enhanced immune function, better circulation, deeper sleep, increased energy levels, reduced inflammation, improved metabolic function, improved mood, and faster recovery.

• How cold should my ice bath be?
  The tap water temperature will usually be similar to the current air temperature. The ideal temperature for an ice bath is below 15 degrees.

• How long will it stay cold?
  AQUAGILE ice baths have 5-layer insulation technology to keep the water cold longer.

• Does the set include an inflatable top thermal ball?
  Yes, you will find this updated thermal inflatable ball in every ice bath kit.

• How long should each session last?
  Research has shown that you should aim to accumulate 11 minutes per week in an ice bath to improve recovery. You can do this all at once (ie 11 minutes straight) or if you are not used to cold water immersion you can break it up into shorter durations (eg 2 x 5 mins)

• What happens if I want to return the ice bath?
  We offer a 90 day return policy so you can return the AQUAGILE Ice Bath if you are not satisfied with it.
